i. RSVP and Attendance
- Registration must be completed at least 48 hours before the event through our official registration portal
- Late registrations will be automatically waitlisted
- Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to early registrants and community members presenting projects
- Check-in starts 1 hour before the event
- Participants arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit their seats to waitlisted attendees
- No-shows may affect eligibility for future community events
- Valid government ID required for verification during check-in

ii. Photography, Recording, and Virtual Participation
- The event will be photographed and may be recorded for promotional purposes across all Cursor community social media channels
- Professional photographers and videographers will be present throughout the event
- By attending, you grant Cursor and event organizers worldwide, perpetual permission to use your image and likeness in:
- Social media posts
- Marketing materials
- Website content
- Press releases
- Future event promotions
- Participants may opt out of photography by wearing a designated red lanyard (available at registration for in-person events)
- Personal photography is allowed but must not disrupt the event.
- "Disruptive photography" is defined as:
- Using flash photography
- Blocking others' view
- Taking photos during designated no-photo segments
- Photographing presentation content marked as confidential

iii. Information Usage
- Contact information provided during registration will be used for:
- Event-related communications
- Important updates and changes
- Post-event surveys
- Future event invitations
- Participant data may be shared with Anysphere/Cursor HQ for:
- Community development purposes

- Analytics and reporting
- Workshop outputs and feedback may be used to improve Cursor products and services

iv. Code of Conduct
- Participants must adhere to the Cursor Community Code of Conduct, which prohibits:
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Disruptive behavior
- Inappropriate content sharing
- Organizers reserve the right to:
- Remove participants who violate the code of conduct
- Ban violators from future events
- Report serious violations to appropriate authorities
- All shared code and materials must:
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Include appropriate attribution
- Comply with relevant licenses
- Report violations or approach any staff member wearing a STAFF badge

v. Technical Responsibilities
- For presenters:
- Must test equipment 30 minutes before scheduled time
- Provide backup copies of presentations
- Accept responsibility for their own device malfunctions
- Organizers will provide:
- Backup presentation equipment
- Technical support staff
- 15-minute grace period for technical issues

vi. Refund Policies:
While most events are free, when paid events are offered, all fees must be paid during registration. Our refund policy for paid events is as follows:
- Full refunds available for cancellations made 7 days before the event
- 50% refund for cancellations made 3-6 days before the event
- No refunds for:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event
- No-shows
- Partial attendance
- Force majeure cancellations will be:
- Fully refunded within 14 business days
- Or credited toward future events

vii. Safety and Liability:
- Participants acknowledge that while safety measures are in place, they are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event.
